Nathalie Jensen (she/her)

I have been working in the human services field in some capacity since the age of 18. I was a volunteer working with high needs children in the foster care system for 5 years. For many of those years I was also a para supporting the classroom teacher in every grade level, special needs, and ELL along with subbing when I had the opportunity. After completing my Bachelors of Science in Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis, I focused mainly in working as a family support worker by helping families within the foster care system reunite or foster parents to build their skills in parenting.

As a life coach specializing in foster care experiences, I am passionate about empowering individuals who have navigated the complexities of the foster system to build resilience, find stability, and achieve their personal goals. Drawing from my own background working within the foster care system, being a foster parent, and extensive experience in trauma-informed coaching, I provide a safe space for individuals to process past experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and cultivate a sense of self-worth, guiding them towards a fulfilling life beyond their challenging beginnings.

On my free time, I am a mom of twins and many fur babies. I love spending time with my family playing board games or video games. When I'm alone I can hit every note of any song (as long as it's in the shower). I spend hours drawing and painting or learning about different art styles to convince my husband I need to go to the craft store to buy things for.

Cole Jensen (He/Him)

My experience just comes from living my life and now wanting to truly help others better their lives in a genuine and authentic way. Every service we work with here is an area in life that we have had personal journeys with.

Here is a slight summary of experience, I am always happy to share more during a session. My history goes back to when I was a child. I was constantly depressed and picked on by family and classmates. I was driven to the point where I tried to take my life multiple times. Found out I had a reason to live and a mission on this earth. I have struggled with my health since a young child and was never heard. I finally in the last few years have been advocating for myself and finding out that I have serious health concerns that I am now learning to cope with and manage. I have spent years working with special needs children, foster children, and adopted children. When I worked with special needs children I was a hands on special education teachers aide. I worked with both 2nd, 3rd, and high school grades. When working with foster and adoptive families I have ran support groups, worked at summer camps. I have also fostered roughly ten children, adopted two. I have gone through the school meetings for IEP's and 504's. I have been part of the reunification, termination, and relinquishment process as well.

I have a set of biological twins that have been through a lot of life with me. They are the biggest blessings that I have ever been given. I am a SAHD (stay at home dad) who homeschools his children. One of my children recently has come out as identity creative. I have made it a mission to make sure that they feel unconditional love and acceptance through their journey. Before deciding to homeschool my children I had a traumatic experience. I was laid off from my job and it was a difficult time financially, mentally, and emotionally. We made it through that time though. Through times of stress and turmoil we forge our armor by walking through the flames of fire. We can all come out triumphant in one way or another.

A little ice breaker about me. Favorite color: Lime Green Favorite food: Donuts (sadly very bad for me now) Favorite car: 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 Fastback Favorite thing to do: Besides being with my family, I love baking and photography

Through all of these experiences and more, I feel confident that I will be a great ALLY in your life journey.
